Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Support employee engagement and development programs.
Handle employee queries related to benefits, leave, and other HR matters.
Assist in performance management and conduct exit interviews.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality.
Qualifications:

Bachelor��s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
